Emerson Love Heart Charm Necklace

Emerson's Heart Charm Necklace have been designed in honor of our friends' kiddo Emerson. She has been waiting for a heart transplant since March of 2024 and is living at Children's Hospital while she waits. She's a sweet, caring and kind child and we are so happy to support her and her family through this time. A portion of the sales from this necklace will be going to her, her family and team at Boston Children's Hospital.

Details:

The yellow sparkle acrylic heart is about a half an inch in diameter. (Yellow is her favorite color.) 

The chain is made of stainless steel and is 17 inches in length.
